A lovely, contemporary three bedroom beach house nestled in a quiet cul de sac 5 mins walk to the beach or to the town centre across the lovely Lakala reserve. Open plan living flows through from front to rear undercover deck. 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with bunk bed. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Reverse cycle air con in living area and main bedroom.
The house is well equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay - All main living areas and bedrooms have gorgeous views of well-manicured, lush green gardens with lots of natural light streaming in. The main bedroom also has a private bathroom.
Conveniently located with the beach, the cockle train, cafes, pub, attractions and shops are all within walking distance, and perfect for exploring by foot. There’s a great reserve at the end of the street with a huge lake, playground and a duck pond with plenty of friendly ducks who happily waddle over to greet you and even eat from your hands!
The bedding configuration (sleeps 7, 6A and 1 Child) is as follows:
